my STORY
I HAVE ALWAYS ENJOYED THE ARTS, NATURE AND WILDLIFE and have been involved with photography since high school.
It was not until 2011 after a long career in the corporate world that I decided to pursue professional photography. I have more than 30 years experience in photography, marketing, business development and production.
I have always been driven and pushing boundaries, learning and trying new ideas and enjoy most of all the challenges that are presented along the way.
I DON'T MEASURE HOW FAR IS THE END, I LOOK AT HOW FAR I HAVE COME, AS LONG AS I AM IN A DIFFERENT PLACE IM OK.
MY DECISION TO CHANGE FROM A HIGH FLYING CORPORATE CAREER TO PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY TOOK A LOT OF SOUL SEARCHING.
One thing was clear though, I needed to make it a sustainable business foremost supported by my passion for photography and not the other way around. To this end I had to diversify and keep up with trends and technology that support what I am doing as a photographer. I got involved in immersive 3D Virtual Tours which supports most of the photography that I am doing such as real estate, retail, insurance and other corporate and industrial genres. 3D photography and virtual tours opens the door to many other industries.

ALL THROUGH MY CAREER I HAVE PLAYED A MENTORING ROLE IN THE POSITIONS I HAVE HELD.
I wanted to put my mentoring and coaching skills to work so in 2014 I established My Photo School and since its inception I have coached hundreds of amateur photographers from beginners to intermediate and some have even gone on to become professional photographers themselves. Today I am expanding my training to include some advanced coaching.

WILDLIFE AND LANDSCAPE WORKSHOPS BECAME A NATURAL PROGRESSION TO MY PHOTO SCHOOL OFFERINGS.
At the end of 2016 I established My Photo Safari which started wildlife and landscape workshops [and photo safaris]. These workshops expand my coaching offering. My Photo School offers classroom short courses and 1-day workshops, My Photo Safari offers 3 to 5-day workshops.
